Our Story

Menso was born from a simple but powerful insight: in Germany, precision and structure are unmatched; in Eastern Europe, speed and the ability to deliver world-class results with limited resources are second to none. We realized that by combining these strengths, we could create the perfect formula — German reliability and standards with the agility and creativity of top Eastern European talent.

Our founder, Oleksandr, saw promising projects in Europe lose momentum due to endless approvals, overly complex processes, and inflated budgets. At the same time, he worked with specialists from the CIS who could build exceptional solutions in record time. We decided to merge the best of both worlds: uncompromising quality and attention to detail with flexibility, speed, and competitive pricing.
