Overview
This project delivered a complete sales CRM solution tailored for a moving services company. We handled everything: from UX research and strategy to a design system, dashboard tables, workflows, and final Webflow implementation. The goal was to accelerate lead capture, onboarding, and sales execution through a seamless, intuitive interface.
Responsibilities
– Conduct discovery to map moving-industry sales workflows
– Build wireframes and user flows for lead intake and client tracking
– Design a scalable UI Kit and design system for dashboards
– Develop table-based CRM dashboards and pipeline views
– Implement the final design in Webflow for launch-ready delivery
Deliverables
– Structured UX wireflows covering lead capture, pipeline, and client journey
– Full UI Kit including dashboard components, table views, and CRM tools
– High-fidelity screens: sales dashboards, client tables, pipeline board
– Fully functional Webflow prototype with responsive layouts and interactions
